How do I book your concierge services?
You can book our concierge services online through our booking page. Simply choose the service you require and enter your travel details and personal information as prompted.
What services are included in your concierge service?
Our concierge services may include fast-track through security, lounge access, luggage assistance, flight tracking, and special requests.
How do I request luggage assistance?
Complimentary luggage carts are available to all passengers in the Baggage Reclaim area. The L.F. Wade International Airport does not have dedicated skycaps on duty and luggage support services are very limited. Should you require assistance with your luggage, we encourage you to book assistance in advance. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about pricing and availability.
For those passengers with physical challenges, we recommend that you book complimentary wheelchair assistance through your airline.
Where is my meeting point when I arrive?
The meeting point for arrivals to Bermuda is at the top of the stairs leading to Immigration and Baggage Reclaim. For departures from Bermuda, the meeting point is at curb side.
Why do I need to give my nationality and date of birth?
Our Concierge program exists in partnership with Bermuda Customs, who reserve the right to refuse fast track courtesies. Dates of birth and nationalities are required for their approval.
Can I use your concierge service regardless of my airline or class of travel?
Yes, our concierge services are available to all passengers, regardless of their airline or class of travel.
What should I do if I need to cancel or change my concierge booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, we will not be able to provide a refund.
What happens if I miss my flight?
If your flight is canceled due to inclement weather or by the airlines for another reason, you will not be penalized. However, if you miss your flight services are not guaranteed for your new travel dates and you may not receive a refund.
Is the TSA PreCheck trusted traveller program honoured in Bermuda?
Unfortunately, L.F. Wade International Airport does not honour TSA Precheck however we do have Global Entry

If you have no checked luggage, clearing Customs and Immigration will be a breeze.
- What can I do to make my departure process smoother?
Check in online prior to arriving at the terminal. This may not be possible for all airlines.
