Our Fast Track service is available to all passengers regardless of airline or class. Whether you’re visiting Bermuda for the first time or returning to our pink sands, our Concierge Ambassadors will guide you through the airport with ease.
To ensure we deliver the exceptional, personalized service that reflects Bermuda’s legendary charm, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ advance notice for all bookings. This allows us to craft a seamless experience tailored to your preferences, just as our skilled craftsmen once tailored the perfect sail.
Upon arrival in Bermuda, your dedicated ambassador will assist with your luggage and guide you through immigration. When departing, we’ll help with check-in and security. Our team anticipates your needs and ensures a smooth experience whether you’re just landing on our shores or heading home with fond memories.
